Monarch Travel Partners specializes in destination wedding travel planning at all-inclusive resorts and cruise lines. We help couples choose the right location and resort, navigate wedding package options, and manage guest travel logistics so the wedding week runs smoothly for everyone involved.
From room blocks and group contracts to guest communication and travel coordination, my role is to simplify the process and ensure travel decisions support — not complicate — your celebration.

Some destination weddings require additional planning, coordination, and guest support. Depending on group size and complexity, a professional planning fee may apply. Any fees are discussed transparently before moving forward.
Cruises and All-Inclusive Planning Services
Most straightforward vacations—such as cruises and all-inclusive resorts—are planned at no additional cost to you. When booked through Monarch Travel Partners, you'll receive:

- Booking and payment services
- Arranging transfers/shuttle services
- Booking excursions
- Travel insurance quotes
- Dedicated support before, during, and after travel
All for the same price you’d pay on your own, with the added benefit of having a trusted travel partner by your side. In fact, most cruise lines allow travel advisors to provide their clients onboard credits, above and beyond what the cruise line offers.
Transportation Booking Services
Airlines and other public transportation services like trains and ferries, no longer pay commission to travel advisors. But I’m still happy to assist with flights and other modes of transportation, to ensure they align perfectly with your overall travel plans. Because of this industry change, all public transportation bookings we make will include a modest 7% service fee, which covers:
- Expert research and schedule comparison
- Coordinating flights, ferries, trains, etc. with your hotel, transfers, and tours
- Monitoring for schedule changes
- Support if disruptions occur during travel
This allows us to give you the same attentive service for public transportation that we provide for the rest of your trip.
Curated White-Glove Travel
At Monarch Travel Partners, our vision is to craft travel experiences that go beyond the ordinary — journeys that inspire connection, curiosity, and personal discovery through our curated itineraries. However, because some trips require a deeper level of research, coordination, and customization. A modest planning fee (up to $250) may apply to:
- Fully customized, seamless “start-to-finish” itineraries
- Multi-city itineraries
- Trips coordinating multiple modes of transportation
- Journeys involving many private tours, transfers, and timed logistics
If a planning fee applies, we will discuss it during our complimentary initial consultation—so you always know in advance.
