This is where we listen, ask questions, and get a feel for your travel style.
Step 2 – Inspiration & Research
We take your input and begin curating options that fit you—not just any traveler. That may include:
- Handpicked resorts or cruise lines
- Solo-friendly or small-group options
- Itinerary suggestions, extensions, and “hidden gem” experiences
You’ll receive a proposal (or two) to react to, rather than starting from scratch on your own.
Step 3 – Customize & Refine
From here, we fine-tune:
- Room or cabin category
- Flights and transfers
- Pre/post stays, extensions, and special requests
- Pace of the itinerary (busy vs relaxed)
- We refine it until it feels just right for you.
Step 4 – Confirm, Protect & Finalize
Once you’re happy with the plan, we take care of booking all the core components on your behalf. This is also where we:
- Recommend trip insurance that fits your needs
- Confirm important details (mobility, dietary needs, celebrations)
- Provide clear payment timelines and documentation
Step 5 – Travel Support
Before departure, you’ll receive:
- A concise, organized summary of your trip
- Key contacts
While you’re traveling, we are available to assist with unexpected changes, questions, or emergencies—so you’re never truly on your own.
Step 6 – Post-Trip Connection
After you return, we touch base to see what you loved and what you’d do differently next time. This helps us refine future trips for you—and often sparks ideas for your next adventure.
